Violin, Viola and Cello cases are shipped in the US with Fedex Ground (tracking number included) and internationally with USPS priority Mail. Please let us know if you would like us to insure the case for the full value (additional fees may apply for International orders). BEWARE that for orders of CELLOS, VIOLIN, VIOLA cases, the actual cost of shipping might be higher than the one posted on your E-STORE RECEIPT form. You will be notified before we ship, if the cost is higher. Please, check with the shop if we have the case that you need in stock. This might delay the delivery time.
Orders placed after 3.00pm EST will be shipped the next day. For exceptions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders placed Friday after 4.00pm EST, on Saturday and on Sunday will be shipped on Monday. The only reason we might have to delay an order is if we do not have an item in stock or if the credit card gets denied. In both cases you will be notified by e-mail.

We will issue refunds or resend an item if the customer has received the wrong item: we will refund the customer for the shipping costs for First Class Mail or send them a stamped envelope. If a string has been strung up on the instrument, no refunds will be provided. If any, exchanges will be issued by AMAZONIASTRINGS.COM upon review by management.
If for any reason you cancel an order for items that have not been shipped, after the order was placed 2 days or more. We will have to charge you a 3% fee of the total amount of your order (this is our cost for refunding the money).
